Steven and Carrie together again

AI judge Steven Tyler and AI champ Carrie Underwood will perform together on CMT Crossroads this Saturday, February 4.

CMT Crossroad is a show broadcast in Country Music Television that pairs a country music artist and a musician from other music genres. It's the second time that Steven and Carrie will be paired. They first sang together in last year's Country Music Awards.

The special will be taped at the Pepsi coliseum during the Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam prior to the Super Bowl XLVI.

Randy for charity

AI judge Randy Jackson will team up with ex-AI judge Ellen DeGeneres are set to host Brad Pitt's charity 'Make it Right' in New Orleans. This charity work is for the still victims of Hurricane Katrina in 2005.

The goal of the fund raising is to build more safer, sturdier and energy efficient homes and they want and aim to build 150 homes before the year ends.

The event will happen on March 10th at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Orleans and tickets are $1,000 per person.

Kelly in Super Bowl

First American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson is set to sing the national anthem on Super Bowl XLVI at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana on Sunday, February 5.

Kelly is the fourth AI alum to sing in the Super Bowl following Jordin Sparks in 2008, Jennifer Hudson, 2009, and Carrie Underwood in 2010.

Scotty on 'Hart of Dixie'

Watch AI season 10 Scotty McCreery in the TV show 'Hart of Dixie' on April 23.

'Hart of Dixie' is a comedy-drama series starring Rachel Bilson as Sr. Zoe Hart. And Scotty will play himself singing his hit song 'The Trouble with Girls'.

This episode with Scotty will air on April 23.

Bighearted Glam Adam

AI season 8 runner-up Adam Lambert has a big heart under his sleeves.

On his 30th birthday, Adam asked his fans to continue donating and raised fund for his clean water movement. Last year Adam's organization raised $323,803 and though it is already of big help, they need to raise more for there are many places in the world that still has no clean water.

Lambert is an advocate not only for the clean water movement but also, as an openly gay, he support the LGBT movement. He wants equality to all and be an exemplary role model to all. With his dedication to the movement, he was awarded and honored at GLAAD Media Award, PFLAG national Los Angeles to name a few. Lambert encourages everyone, mostly the ones who need to be out and not hide in the closet, to fight gay bullying and have pride in themselves.

Simply Thia

For her simplicity, Thia Megia made it to AI history for being the youngest contestant to ever enter AI's top 14 finalists.

Thia is from Hayward, California. Her parents are of Filipino decent originally from Angeles, Pampanga, Philippines. As a child, Thia's fondness in singing was undeniably becoming a passion. She had been invited to sing the national anthem at San Jose Giants, Stanford football and even in a San Francisco 49ers game.

Before her stint with Idol, Thia appeared on another reality show, 'America's Got Talent' fourth season and entered the quarterfinals in 2009. She made it to various TV shows like 'ABC World news with Diane Sawyer' and was recognized as 'Person of the Week.' She joined an charity music video for the victims of the Haiti earthquake.

After her Idol appearance, she was a part of the American Idols Live tour that started in Utah and ended in Manila, Philippines. Thia was invited to sing the US national anthem for the Manny Pacquiao and Juan Manuel Marquez fight last November, 2011.

Thia is taking her career to the simplest but sure path and we are hoping that no matter where it will lead her, a great talent such as of Thia's will never be taken for granted.

American Idol Judge : JENNIFER LOPEZ

Undeniably, one of the most beautiful faces ever graced in the silver and TV screen, Jennifer Lopez aka J. Lo, is a very pretty diva.

Jenny from the block of Bronx, New York, was born on July 24, 1969 and started her career as a back up dancer in the sketch comedy TV show 'In Living Color'. The show also produce unknown actors with great talents in comedy like Jim Carrey and Jamie Foxx.

J.Lo was ranked by Forbes magazine as their ninth 'The 20 Richest Women in Entertainment' and People en Espanol as thein number 1 '100 Most Influential Hispanics' in 2007. She was voted as the most 'Beautiful Person' by People in 2011.

Jennifer's personal life is as celebrated as her movie and music career. She was married three times all ended in divorce. Her third marriage with Latin crooner Marc Anthony ended in 2011. Their union produced twin tots Emme and Max. Currently, J.Lo is dating her back up dancer Casper Smart who is much younger than Jennifer.

In June, 2010, it was reported that J.Lo will join the judging panel for the tenth season of American Idol. There was a major problem at first for Jenny and her then husband Marc Anthony were asked to judge or have a role in 'The X-Factor' for their International and Latin markets and for J.Lo's reported outrageous demands. But AI's producer Nigel Lythgoe dismissed the reports telling the media that he had worked with J.Lo before and she is never a diva. Jennifer, along with Aerosmith's frontman Steven Tyler, were formally introduced as the new American Idol judges in September, 2010.
