The early elimination of Pia Toscano in the 10th season of American Idol shocked the AI judges, and shocked many viewers. She was considered to be a frontrunner in the competition and she will be included in the list of AI alums that should have been in the top 3 or the grand champ.
The list includes, Jennifer Hudson, Clay Aiken, Katharine McPhee, Adam Lambert to name some.
Pia Ann Rose Toscano was born on October 14, 1988 and grew up in Howard Beach, New York. Pia is of Italian descent which explains her gorgeous look while in the competition. Before joining Idol, Pia worked as a make-up artist and as a wedding singer.
2011 saw the release of Pia's first single "This Time" to be included in the her debut album that she is working now but was first released digitally in June, 2011. She has been guesting in numerous tv shows and been singing in many special occasions like the Memorial Day Concert and NASCAR Sprint Cup Championship.
Recently, Pia was rumored to be dating Mark Ballas of yet another reality show, 'Dancing with the Stars.'
