David Archuleta, American Idol Season 7 runner-up, had his first shooting day in a mini series he stars in the Philippines.
David is playing the role of Josh, an international pop-star who was born in the Philippines but was separated from her family when he was 5-years-old when an unexpected tragedy happened to his family.
David said that it's a new experience for him, he is a little bit worry for his acting but very thankful that his co-stars are helping him and letting him feel so much at home. He also said that the working environment was very light with the cast and crew being very warm and hospitable.
The television series 'Nandito Ako' (Here I am) will be airing early February over ABC5 Kapatid network.
Archie will also sing the theme song of the series in Tagalog language.
