On January 18, the new season of the most popular reality singing competition American Idol will start looking for the batch of new breed superstars following the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Carrie Underwood, and last season's winner Scotty McCreery.
Steve Tyler, Randy Jackson and Jennifer Lopez will be back as judges with Ryan Seacrest still as the show's host. Guest judges are expected to judge the hopeful singers to have the chance being the next American Idol.
Judges and Ryan traveled to Savanah, Aspen, San Diego, Pittsburgh, St Louis, Galveston and Portland to meet the thousands who auditioned with the show.
American Idol will air on Fox channel.
